Jeroen Willems passes away at 50

During rehearsal at Carré Theatre, Jeroen Willems, leading actor in Nanouk Leopolds upcoming It’s all so quiet, collapsed and later died in an Amsterdam hospital. We at Circe Films are deeply saddened by this loss, and hopefully will be able to pay tribute to a great actor by showing the completed film, based on the best selling novel by Gerbrand Bakker, in the course of next year.

Dutch premiere of Wander to Wonder at IFFR

Nina Gantz’s animation Wander to Wonder will premiere at IFFR on 20 January after a busy festival tour since Venice’s Orrizonti last year. W2W was screened at (a.o.)
