Wolfsbergen
Konraad lives alone in his beautiful old country home, accompanied only by his grief for his recently deceased wife. His children have long since grown up and moved out, now living with spouses and children of their own. When each of his descendants receives a letter from their emotionally fragile patriarch, stating that he wishes to die before summer, at first they all consider it yet another nuisance in their already hectic lives.
